1. Quotes & Pricing
All starting prices listed on Backyard Shed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) before applicable taxes. Personal quotes generated are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
2. On-Site Construction & Backyard Access
Backyard Shed carries all building materials into your backyard and constructs the shed on site. Homeowners are responsible for providing clear access from the driveway or drop-off point to the build location.
3. Foundation & Site Preparation
Our standard build includes individual support points with gravel and levelling. Homeowners must ensure the designated shed area is clear of debris, trees, structures, and pet waste prior to crew arrival.
4. 5-Year Built-Right Promise
Every completed shed includes our 5-Year Workmanship Promise covering structural or workmanship issues caused directly by our installation work. Damage resulting from external events (e.g., severe weather, falling branches, unlevel ground movement post-walkthrough, or misuse) is excluded.
5. Permits & Setbacks
Municipal setback and accessory building permit requirements vary by location in Ontario. Homeowners are responsible for confirming local zoning compliance for their chosen shed size and placement.
