Book your free 30-minute yard check
Once you have your design and price, book a free on-site visit. We come out to check ground slope, gate clearance, and shed placement so there are zero surprises.

Pick your build date & pay your deposit
Once you're 100% confident with the location and price, pick an open date on our calendar and reserve your build.

We build your shed in 3–5 days
We carry the materials into your backyard through your standard gate and build the shed on site, including foundation support setup and levelling.

We clean up the work area
When construction is finished, we clean up our construction debris and leave the work area tidy. You get a finished shed, not a cleanup job.

Final walkthrough with you
We walk through the completed shed with you, make sure everything is finished properly, and answer any final questions before we wrap up.

We carry the materials into your backyard and build the shed in place, so the finished building never has to pass through your gate.

Clear the area. We handle the foundation and levelling.
Our standard foundation uses individual support points rather than a full gravel base. We prepare and level each support location, add gravel at those points, and build the shed above the existing ground. In most cases, there’s no need to remove the grass or excavate the entire area.
If you prefer a full gravel base, you’re welcome to have one installed before we arrive, but it isn’t included or required for our standard build. Just make sure the shed area is clear and ready for our crew.
We don’t make you upgrade your way to a good shed. We start with one.
The floor, walls, siding, roof and everyday-use features below are included as standard—so the starting price already covers the construction standard we believe a good shed should have, not a bare shell that needs a long list of upgrades.
A substantial floor and wall system.
The floor is framed with pressure-treated 2×6 lumber spaced 16 inches on centre and topped with a ¾-inch tongue-and-groove DryGuard subfloor. The walls use 2×4 framing spaced 16 inches on centre.
A finished exterior in your chosen colour.
Shop-painted LP SmartSide siding, white Royal PVC trim and GAF architectural shingles are included as standard. Choose from 16 exterior colours to suit your home and yard.
Useful openings. Protection behind the trim.
A five-foot double-door opening and two opening windows with screens are included as standard. Window openings are flashed before the windows and finished trim are installed, adding protection where it matters but normally isn’t seen.
